The members of the Raiz Italiana Social Promotion Association are hereby convened for an ordinary assembly on 30 April 2025 at 16:00, at the association's operational headquarters, located at via Francavilla 55, Oria.
If the quorum is not reached, the meeting shall be held, at second call, at 5:00 PM on the same day, in the same place, to discuss and vote on the following agenda:
Approval of the 2024 Budget
Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the financial year relating to 2024
The meeting will be validly constituted as provided for by the association's articles of association.
The annual financial statements and the related explanatory reports have already been posted at the registered office. Members who request it may receive a copy in electronic format.
