Raiz Italiana has been working for years to promote the growth of roots tourism and strengthen the relationship between Italy and Italian communities around the world.
Over time, they have collaborated with national and international institutions, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, ENIT, Regions, Italian Embassies, universities, local authorities and Italian associations abroad, contributing to the definition of the first national strategies dedicated to heritage tourism in Italy.
The association was among the promoters of the Technical Coordination Table on Roots Tourism established by the MAECI in 2018, participating in the construction of the national path dedicated to the development of the sector.
