Our latest trip touring Italy took us to Molise, specifically to the village of Castelpizzuto, where we accompanied Francisco Canvas to discover his family's origins.
Francisco was the winner of the #Conociendotusraices competition, organised by ENIT’s Buenos Aires office and the Under-Secretariat for Human Rights and Cultural Pluralism of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We experienced many incredible emotions with our friend who fulfilled his dream of discovering the places where his great-grandfather lived and had the chance to meet part of his Di Santo family.
We were met with a warm welcome from all the inhabitants of this small “borgo” and for this we thank the Mayor and the whole community who strived to organise a great Molisano lunch.

Molise exists and it is a beautiful region!
