The members of the RAIZ ITALIANA Social Promotion Association are hereby convened to ordinary meeting in the first call at the association's operational headquarters at Via Francavilla, 55 Oria, the 3 June 2021 at 16:00, and in second convocation on 03 June 2021 at 17:00 to examine and discuss the following agenda:
- 2020 Budget Approval
- Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the financial year 2020
The meeting will be validly constituted in accordance with the articles of association.
The meeting will be held ensuring the continuous maintenance of a personal safety distance of at least one metre between all participants, thus avoiding any form of crowding, in compliance with health regulations for containing the spread of COVID-19 contagion.
