The members of the Raiz Italiana Social Promotion Association are hereby convened for an ordinary assembly on 30 April 2025 at 16:00, at the association's operational headquarters, located at via Francavilla 55, Oria.<\/p>\n

If the quorum is not reached, the meeting shall be held, at second call, at 5:00 PM on the same day, in the same place, to discuss and vote on the following agenda:<\/p>\n

Approval of the 2024 Budget<\/p>\n

Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the financial year relating to 2024<\/p>\n

The meeting will be validly constituted as provided for by the association's articles of association.<\/p>\n

The annual financial statements and the related explanatory reports have already been posted at the registered office. Members who request it may receive a copy in electronic format.<\/p>\n

You are invited to participate.<\/p>\n
